Chief Executive Officer of Sidama Development Association Mrs. Woineshet Mengesha emphasized the support from various stakeholders to strengthen the association in order to expand its intervention areas in Sidama region as well as across the country in coming future.
የሲዳማ ልማት ማህበርን በእውቀት እና በስትራቴጂ በመምራት የበለፀገ የሲዳማ ማህበረሰብን ለመፍጠር ይሰራል።" ርዕሰ መስተዳድር አቶ አቶ ደስታ ሌዳሞ የሲዳማ ልማት ማህበርን በእውቀት እና በስትራቴጂ በመምራት የበለፀገ የሲዳማ ማህበረሰብን ለመፍጠር ይሰራል ሲሉ የሲዳማ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግሥት ርዕሰ መስተዳድር አቶ አቶ ደስታ ሌዳሞ ገለፁ። "ለሲዳማ እድገት የድርሻዬን እወጣለሁ" በሚል መሪ ሀሳብ የተቋሙን ሪፎርም በተመለከተ ሁሉም ባለድርሻ አካላት በተገኘበት የሲዳማ ልማት ማህበር ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ መካሄድ ጀምሯል።
የሲዳማ ልማት ማህበር ዛሬ ባደረገው ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ላይ አዲስ ቦርድ አባላትን ጨምሮ የተለያዩ መተዳደሪያ ደንቦችን አጽድቀዋል። የሲዳማ ልማት ማህበር ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ አዲስ ቦርድ ሰብሳብ እና አባላትን ሰይሟል በዚሁ መሠረት የቦርዱ ዋና ሰብሳቢ ዶ/ር አያኖ ባራሶ ምክትል ሰብሳቢ ወ/ሮ ሐገረፅዮን አበበ እና አምስት አባላትን የመረጡ ሲሆን በዚህ መሰረት:- 1.ቄስ ኢያሱ ጣጊቾ 2.አቶ ተሰማ ሕርባዬ 3. ዶ/ር ሰላማዊት መንገሻ 4.አቶ ብሩ ወልደ 5.አቶ ማቶ ማሩን የቦርድ አባላት እንዲሆኑ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤው ወስኗል። በሌላ በኩል አዲስ የተቋቋመው ቦርድ ወ/ሮ ወይንሸት መንገሻን የሲዳማ ልማት ማህበር ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚ አድርጎ የመረጠ ሲሆን የአዲሱ የመስሪያ ቤቱ ሎጎ እና ለሪፎርም የሚያግዙ ረቂቅ መተዳደሪያ ደንብ ውይይት በማድረግ በጉባኤው ፀድቋል።

Gudumale recreation center
Sidama Development Association in collaboration with JSI and SNRS Bureau of Health held basic Service Quality Improvement Training at Yirgalem FURA Institute from March 15-18/23. Participants are all health centers Heads, Daye hospital Management, and Bensa woreda health office team. This training by itself avails a road to solve the main core problem identified from baseline assessment findings and has a lot of meaning for the program's success.
